1. AMD Price Target Revision and OpenAI Partnership Catalyst

AMD no longer stands for advanced money destroyer. I"m now calling it advanced money dispenser as a stock is up 26% on the open AI partnership. Based on my last video, I gave my price target of $370 per share. And in this video, I"m going to update it up to $500 per share after the partnership with Open AAI. I"m going to give you the details and tell you how I got this price target. The Open AI partnership is pretty much a game changer as it could generate tens of billions of dollars of annual revenues for AMD.

The Patient Investor

The speaker updates the AMD price target from $370 to $500 per share, citing the OpenAI partnership as a major catalyst. He emphasizes the potential revenue generation, multi-year deal details, and the strategic use of dilution to secure a long-term partnership with OpenAI, positioning AMD for significant growth.

2. Conditional Trade Outlook on AMD Amid Transformational OpenAI Deal

So, here's the bottom line. If AMD hits their numbers, grows margin, and locks in ecosystem support, this will be one of the best performing tech stocks of the next decade. But they don't have a moat yet. They're building one on the fly. This is not a stock you buy and forget. This is one you watch closely. It's execution that separates winners from headlines.

Jerry Romine Stocks

The speaker highlights how AMD's new OpenAI deal transforms its future revenue trajectory by converting a mere chip sale into a strategic partnership. While underscoring the potential for AMD to become a top-performing tech stock if it executes successfully, he cautions that the current high valuation (PE 117) and unproven ecosystem moat make the investment conditional, suggesting a watchful approach for any pullback before a trade is initiated.

3. AMD Partnership Strengthens Position Against Nvidia

AMD's overall ecosystem is not quite as powerful as Nvidia's, but that misses the point. If they can offer great inference and great support at a reasonable price and diversify these different companies away from Nvidia, many of these companies are going to jump onto it. So AMD in this deal is accomplishing two things. Not only is Lisa Sue making it so that her company has tens of billions of dollars more revenue, not only is she partnering with one of the top companies in the world, which is OpenAI, but she's also establishing AMD as finally a viable alternative to Nvidia. So, this is a phenomenal deal for AMD. I think the stock deserves to be up 20 plus%.

Joseph Carlson After Hours

The speaker highlights AMD's multi-year AI supply chip partnership with OpenAI as a catalyst that not only boosts revenue but also positions AMD as a solid alternative to Nvidia. He believes that this partnership is a transformative move for AMD and expects the stock to rally further.
