Perspective: Want to buy the dip? You’ll get plenty of opportunity (with less risk) when the markets stabilize and settle.

Market Take: Don’t Be A Hero

This is not the market to be a hero in.

A lesson I am trying to drill into my head:

You don’t have to miraculously time the bottom of corrections in order to generate returns.

It’s often better to buy after a stock has bottomed at a higher price. AKA Buy high and sell higher!

The VIX is now at 30.

Approaching 2022 bear market levels.

Still a ways off from the April flash crash last year.

Extremely high VIX levels (above 36) are often excellent entry points for stocks.

Stay patient.
